Engineer-led support
BySea IT is run by a working support engineer with experience across Microsoft 365, Windows systems, servers, networks, backups and third-party business applications.
Day-to-day work involves solving escalated issues that have moved beyond the usual helpdesk steps—investigating the cause, working with suppliers and finding a practical route forward.
The aim is not to sell unnecessary technology. It is to provide capable, honest help at times that work for people who cannot deal with IT problems during the normal working day.
Local or remote
On-site support is available by arrangement around Worthing and the surrounding West Sussex area. Many issues can also be diagnosed and resolved remotely anywhere in the UK.

Good to know: The 24-hour target is for an initial response rather than guaranteed resolution. Business-critical emergency cover and 24/7 monitoring are not currently offered.
