Information collected

When you submit the support enquiry form, BySea IT receives the name, email address, support category, preferred support method and message that you provide. Basic technical information, such as the submitting IP address and browser user agent, may also be recorded for security and abuse prevention.

How the information is used

The information is used to review your enquiry, contact you, understand the requested work and protect the form from spam or misuse. It is not used for unrelated marketing and is not sold.

How the form is delivered

The website sends enquiries securely through Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Graph. The resulting message is delivered to the BySea IT mailbox. The VPS and its service logs may temporarily record limited technical information needed to diagnose errors or abuse.

Retention

Enquiries and related correspondence are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide any requested service, maintain appropriate business records and resolve disputes. Routine service logs are kept for a shorter operational period where practical.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or behavioural profiling.
